Dr Herring is a graduate of the University of the Western Cape. He completed his Post Doctoral Diploma in Implantology at UWC's dentistry school. He enjoys staying abreast with the latest dental technology and innovations. He finds specialised dentistry fascinating. 

As the the founding member and team leader of Innovative Dental Care, Dr Herring inspires his fellow clinicians to be lifelong learners in the field. 

Duly qualified as a dentist and medical nurse,  Dr Mpofu is an excellent dentist who has a gentle and quiet approach with her patients. 

The little ones particularly love her.

Dr Carloo is an excellent clinician who takes a special interest in oral surgery. 

Her diagnostics are spot on and her treatments are thorough!

Ms Mvimbi is a qualified Oral Hygienist who prides herself in her work. She has a gentle and quiet approach with her patients. She takes a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and enjoys seeing her patients leave with a dazzling smile.

Dr Gamieldien is a graduate of the University of the Western Cape. He hails from KZN where he takes a special interest in orthodontic treatment. As an independent dentist, he is also part of the IDC team on a monthly basis. He moves from city to city keeping his clients' teeth in-line. 

While she does not quite work on your teeth, Dr Jacobs-Martin is an independent anaesthetist who visits the IDC team to sedate our youngest patients and the more mature ones who need a little extra help. Her famous line is,

"If your child does not remember me next time, then it means that I did my job very well." 

However, she is a doctor who is unforgettable!

As one of the founding members of Innovative Dental Care, Bronwyn Herring has played an integral role in the business since its conception. Her role includes business and people management. 

Bronwyn Kruger has been with Innovative Dental Care since 2014 and prides herself in her excellent rapport with clients. She has a "Can-Do" attitude. She completed a Dental Assisting Certification in that time and is a committed member of the team. 

Amanda is the newest member of the team. To make your bookings, Amanda is the lady to speak with. As the receptionist, she has a quiet but confident temperament and her friendliness will put you at ease.

Cindy has been with Innovative Dental Care since 2009. She is a Professional Dental Assistant with many years of experience. She manages the clinical support team and ensures an effective flow from patient to patient.

Organised and quick on her feet. Sesethu manages the complexities of both the clinical and administrative domains in Summerstrand. 

Dambisa has a keen interest in learning something new everyday. Her kindness, curiosity and strong work ethic comes out in her approach to her daily tasks. As a general clinical assistant, she plays an important role in supporting the dentists and ensuring a sterile environment. 

Nondumiso takes pride in keeping the space clean and sterile on a daily basis.
